Magic Bartenders was created by Yago Aguilar with one obsession: combining world-class flair bartending, close-up magic and advanced mixology into a single experience at the bar. Not a show that interrupts the party. A scene that becomes part of it.
Yago has spent over five years turning event bars into the moment everyone remembers. From celebrity parties to luxury brand activations, he’s designed and performed cocktail experiences for some of the most demanding clients and stages in the United States.
As the founder of Magic Bartenders, he leads a team of world-class flair bartenders and magic performers with one obsession: making sure nobody walks past the bar without stopping. Based in Miami. Available everywhere worth going.

What makes Magic Bartenders different from other bartending companies in Miami?
Most bartending companies in Miami sell staff. Magic Bartenders sells a designed scene. The distinction is not marketing language — it changes what actually happens at the event. A staffing provider is measured on service speed and reliability; Magic Bartenders is measured on whether guests are still talking about the bar the next day. The performers are magicians as well as bartenders, the flair is choreographed rather than improvised, and every event begins with a single question during pre-production: what moment do we want guests to remember from this night?
Why do event planners work with Magic Bartenders?
Event planners want creativity without risk, and those two things usually pull in opposite directions. Magic Bartenders is built to deliver both: high visual impact on the floor, and production-grade reliability behind it — confirmed technical requirements, a documented setup process, coordination with the venue in advance, and a rehearsed contingency for anything involving fire, smoke or restricted spaces. Planners get an element their clients have not seen before, without inheriting a vendor who becomes a problem on the day.
Can you work with our caterer and planner?
Absolutely. We’re designed to integrate seamlessly. We provide timelines, tech requirements and a single point of contact. Your planner will love working with us — and your caterer won’t even know we’re there until the show starts.
How far in advance should I book?
Premium dates in Miami and LA fill fast. For weddings and high-season events, we recommend 2–3 months advance. For private parties and activations, 30–60 days is usually enough. But honestly? The sooner you reach out, the more creative we can get.
Where do you operate?
Based in Miami. We serve luxury events across South Florida, and we travel for destination weddings, brand activations and premium events nationwide.
