At Magic Bartenders the performers are the magicians. The bartenders themselves perform close-up magic as part of the cocktail interaction, a card that appears under a coaster, an object that changes inside a glass, a reveal that lands as the drink is handed over. For larger events, professional magicians also circulate among guests independently of the bar. The magic is close-up and conversational rather than staged, which means it happens naturally in the flow of the evening instead of requiring guests to stop and watch a performance.

WHO’S BEHIND YOUR BAR
Not Bartenders. Performers.

When they pick up a bottle, the room stops.

FAQS
The Questions Everyone Asks Before Booking
Will it take over my event?
Never. We adapt to your music, your venue, your schedule and your crowd’s energy. We’re not the DJ and we’re not the main stage. We’re the bar that everybody keeps coming back to because something incredible keeps happening there.
What is flair bartending, and will it feel out of place at an elegant event?
Flair bartending is the technique of manipulating bottles, shakers and bar tools as part of the drink-making process. It has a reputation for excess, and that reputation is usually earned. Magic Bartenders treats flair as choreography rather than acrobatics: it is timed to specific moments, adapted to the space and lighting, and designed to be filmed. At an elegant event it reads as precision and control, not as spectacle. If the tone of the event calls for it, flair can be scaled back to a single hero moment or removed entirely.
Does Magic Bartenders provide the alcohol?
Alcohol is handled differently depending on the event, the venue and local licensing. In many cases the host or the venue supplies the alcohol and Magic Bartenders designs and delivers the experience, the mixology and the service. In others, Magic Bartenders can coordinate the beverage programme as part of the package. This is confirmed during pre-production, because venue rules and Florida licensing requirements vary. Magic Bartenders will always tell you clearly which model applies to your event before anything is signed.
Can Magic Bartenders work alongside our existing caterer or bar team?
Yes. Magic Bartenders is designed as an experience layer and integrates with an existing catering or beverage team without friction. A common configuration is for the caterer to handle standard beverage service throughout the event while Magic Bartenders creates a signature experience during the cocktail hour or a specific hero moment. Magic Bartenders coordinates directly with the caterer and the planner in pre-production so responsibilities are clear before the day.
Can the experience be customised for our event?
Yes, and personalisation is a core part of how Magic Bartenders designs an experience. Cocktails can be built around a couple’s story, a brand’s product, a host’s travels or a property’s character. A magic reveal can incorporate names, a date, a logo or a personal detail. Menus, glassware and garnishes can carry custom branding. The depth of personalisation varies by package: light personalisation is included in premium experiences, while fully bespoke creative direction is developed as a dedicated part of the project.
Is Magic Bartenders suitable for yacht and waterfront events?
Yes. Magic Bartenders offers a compact yacht-ready setup designed specifically for the constraints of boats and waterfront venues: limited bar footprint, movement, wind, and small groups of guests in close proximity. Flair choreography is adapted for low ceilings and confined space, and the magic works especially well on a yacht because close-up magic is built for exactly that intimacy. Miami’s yacht and waterfront events are one of the environments where the experience performs best.
What makes you different from other bartending services?
Most bartending companies serve drinks. Some add flair. A few do magic. Nobody combines world-class flair bartenders, elite magic performers, fire shows, champagne towers and advanced mixology into a single, designed experience at the bar. That’s what we do. We’re not a bartending service. We’re the show your guests didn’t know was coming.
